The challenge

Sound familiar?

  • Lack of acceptance and many queries

Information that comes too late or is unclear.

  • Constant changes

Construction phases, traffic routing and schedules change at short notice.

  • High communication effort

Emails, phone calls and coordination take up valuable time.

The solution

The digital ecosystem for project and construction site communication

BDFcivory brings together all key information on construction projects on one central digital platform. This connects project stakeholders, informs those affected clearly before construction starts and communicates changes quickly during construction.

More than a digital project website

BDFcivory connects information, stakeholders and the affected public throughout the entire project. The result is a central communication platform that goes far beyond a conventional website and is tailored to your needs.

Frequently asked questions about BDFcivory

Which construction projects is BDFcivory suitable for?

BDFcivory is suitable for construction and infrastructure projects that affect the public. Depending on project size, construction period and communication needs, WebLight, WebPlus, WebMap or a combination of the product variants is used.

How much effort does it mean for our project team?

We work with the project information and documents that already exist in the construction project and prepare them for BDFcivory. This keeps additional effort for the project team to a minimum.

How quickly can BDFcivory be set up for a project?

Depending on project size, product variant and availability of documents, set-up usually takes around 2 to 4 weeks. After a joint kick-off meeting, the platform is built for the specific project, coordinated and published.

Who updates the communication during construction?

We support ongoing updates and communication as a service. At the same time, the project team has access to the platform and can also adjust content independently if required.

How does BDFcivory reach the affected public?

BDFcivory is integrated into the client's existing communication channels and combines digital and traditional channels to reach residents, businesses and passengers in a targeted way.

Where is the data stored?

BDFcivory relies on local data storage and digital sovereignty. Depending on the requirements, projects are hosted in Switzerland or within Europe.
