The starting point
As part of the Ennetsee heating network, WWZ is expanding the district heating supply along Knonauerstrasse in Cham. The work is carried out over a longer period in several construction phases and intervenes directly in the existing street space. In addition to the pipe construction and possible connections of properties to the district heating network, changing traffic routing and restrictions lead to a high need for information among residents and road users.
The project at a glance
With the district heating expansion along Knonauerstrasse, WWZ is extending the Ennetsee heating network and laying the foundation for further connections of properties to the district heating network. The work is carried out section by section in the existing street space and requires close coordination of pipe construction, traffic routing and access throughout the project.
