BDFsmart is a pioneer in digital construction site communication. With our innovative platform BDFcivory, we are transforming communication around construction and infrastructure projects. More than 50 customers, including public authorities, energy suppliers and transport operators, already use our solution on more than 60 construction projects.

With our expansion in the DACH region, we are taking the next step. We are therefore looking for a committed personality who takes independent responsibility for digital construction site communication projects and actively helps shape our success story.

Your new challenge

  • Operational project management and delivery

    • Plan, build and deliver BDFcivory projects independently.
    • Coordinate building owners, project teams, internal departments and external partners.
    • Ensure deadlines, quality and cost-effectiveness in project delivery.

  • Ongoing project operation and customer support

    • Create, publish and continuously update construction site news.
    • Prepare construction stages, traffic management and project information digitally.
    • Support customers during construction and coordinate project changes.

  • Project completion and further development

    • Hold project completion meetings and present evaluations to the customer.
    • Prepare and analyse usage statistics and survey results.
    • Optimise project workflows and further develop AI-supported work processes.

Your profile

  • Training or further education in construction, technical drawing, geomatics or project management.
  • Experience in project delivery, ideally in construction or infrastructure.
  • Enjoy communicating with customers and managing digital projects independently.
  • Strong communication skills, a confident manner and excellent German.
  • An independent, structured way of working and an affinity for digital and AI-supported solutions.
