The starting point
Renovation of a cul-de-sac with a railway crossing and utility works. During delivery, residents had to be kept informed continuously about the construction sequence, traffic routing and restrictions.

Sihlwaldstrasse is being comprehensively renovated and the existing infrastructure renewed. In addition to road works, various utility lines are being replaced and adapted. The work is carried out in several construction phases and leads to changing traffic routing and restrictions for residents during delivery.

Die «Digitale Anwohnerinformation» (DAI) war bei der Sanierung der Sihlwaldstrasse ein echter Mehrwert – verständlich aufbereitet, mit gelungenen Visualisierungen und von der Bevölkerung breit genutzt. Besonders erfreulich war, dass laut Umfrage beim Projektabschluss alle Altersgruppen erreicht wurden und die Nutzer sehr zufrieden waren. Schon in der Projektierung haben die Vorbereitungsarbeiten das gemeinsame Verständnis aller Beteiligten gestärkt. Die Zusammenarbeit mit BDFsmart war effizient, angenehm und hat das Projekt spürbar unterstützt.
